Online HOA Accounting: A clear, online view of our HOA accounting details so you always know where our funds are going.

View HOA Balance: Stay informed with real-time balance checks, ensuring financial health and responsible management.

Empowering Residents

Voting System: Introducing a voting system that allows residents to decide on new amenities, services, or community-wide decisions.

Enhancing Security

Increased Surveillance: Strengthening community safety with additional security cameras.

Building Community

Monthly Meetings: Both online and offline options for monthly meetings to discuss important agendas.

Bi-weekly Open Sessions: Every other week, join me at the clubhouse to discuss and brainstorm on topics you care about.

Environment and Sustainability

Green Initiatives: Promoting sustainable practices in our community, including energy-saving initiatives and green space enhancements.

Internet Techonology: We're currently utilizing an outdated internet technology that offers a 20MB upload speed. I'll take steps to upgrade our building to fiber connectivity.
